Abstract

The aim of this socialization activity is to increase the understanding of the farming community regarding the binding force of sale and purchase deeds in Ongko Village, Empang District, Sumbawa Regency, and efforts that must be made to increase understanding of the farming community regarding the binding force of sale and purchase deeds in Ongko Village. Empang District, Sumbawa Regency. The methods used in this legal counseling activity are lecture and dialogue methods. The lecture method is used to deliver counseling material to counseling participants. Meanwhile, the dialogue method is a method to provide participants with the opportunity to convey things that are incomplete and unclear about legal counseling material. Legal education activities to socialize the binding force of sale and purchase deeds in Ongko village, Empang District, Sumbawa Regency were carried out on September 5 2022; counseling participants numbered 32 people; the counseling material consists of: legal basis, subject and object of the sale and purchase deed; and the strength of the proof of the sale and purchase deed. The positive impact of this legal education activity is increasing public understanding about the strength of proof of sale and purchase deeds; and the strength of the proof of the sale and purchase deed.
