Abstract

Sexual harassment and early marriage are issues of concern in West Nusa Tenggara, driven by promiscuity factors that lead to unwanted pregnancies. This educational activity at SMPN 1 Praya Tengah is carried out with the aim of helping students understand the dangers and impacts of free sex and early marriage from the perspective of health, social, and Islamic teachings. In addition, this activity aims to foster student awareness to maintain association, avoid risky behavior, and be able to make the right decisions. The method of the activity uses the Participation Action Research (PAR) approach which includes the delivery of interactive materials, discussions, as well as pre-tests and post-tests so that students are actively involved. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in understanding, where around 80% of students were able to answer the evaluation questions correctly. Students also began to show more reflective changes in attitudes in taking care of themselves and socializing. In conclusion, despite obstacles such as time constraints, this participatory educational activity based on Islamic values has proven to be effective and has a positive impact in increasing knowledge, awareness, and forming the character of responsible adolescents.
