Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the optimal dose of Spirulina sp. flour in feed that can increase the growth, survival, and immune response of juvenile gourami (Osphronemus gouramy). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications, namely, P1 (Control), P2 (Spirulina sp. 3 g/kg feed), P3 (Spirulina sp. 5 g/kg feed), P4 (Spirulina sp. 7 g/kg feed). The results of the study, the addition of Spirulina sp. flour. in feed affects (P<0.05) the growth, survival, and immune response of juvenile gourami (Osphronemus gouramy) with optimal doses of 5 and 7 g/kg feed. This treatment increased growth by 56%, absolute length by 24%, red blood cells by 115%, white blood cells by 121%, hemoglobin by 28%, and survival rate by 80%.
