Kotaragama Comparativa is published twice a year (biannually), with issues released in April and October. This schedule ensures a balanced and consistent flow of high-quality research articles in the field of comparative criminal law.

3. Important Notes
  • Open Submission: Manuscripts can be submitted at any time throughout the year. There is no strict deadline for submission.
  • Queue System: Manuscripts that pass the peer review process will be queued and published in the next available issue based on the acceptance date.
  • No Guarantee of Immediate Publication: Acceptance does not guarantee publication in the immediately upcoming issue. Articles are published based on the queue and editorial schedule.
  • Special Issues: The journal may occasionally publish special issues on specific topics related to comparative criminal law. Information about special issues will be announced on the journal's website.
  • Changes to Schedule: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., force majeure), the editorial team reserves the right to adjust the publication schedule. Any changes will be communicated promptly to authors and readers.
