Annual Publication Schedule
Juris Criminalis publishes two regular issues per year, released in June and November. Each issue contains carefully selected articles that have undergone rigorous peer review. This biannual schedule allows our editorial team to maintain the highest standards of quality while providing authors with predictable publication timelines.

Annual Publication Timeline
The following timeline illustrates the complete publication cycle for both issues throughout the year:
Submission Windows
To ensure timely consideration for each issue, authors should submit their manuscripts within the following windows:
January – March
For consideration in the June Issue. Submissions received after March 31 will be considered for the November issue.
July – September
For consideration in the November Issue. Submissions received after September 30 will be considered for the following year's June issue.
Rollover Policy
Manuscripts submitted after the deadline for a particular issue will automatically be considered for the next available issue. Authors will be notified of this rollover via email. Specifically:
- Submissions received between April 1 – June 30 will be considered for the November issue.
- Submissions received between October 1 – December 31 will be considered for the June issue of the following year.
- Authors may request expedited consideration by contacting the editorial team.
Special Issues
In addition to regular issues, Juris Criminalis may publish special issues dedicated to specific themes, conferences, or urgent legal topics. Special issues are announced on our website and social media channels.
