Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the journal undergo a double-blind peer review process. Each submission is initially screened by the editorial team to ensure compliance with the journal’s scope, focus, and formatting requirements. Manuscripts that pass this stage are then sent to a reviewer with expertise relevant to the subject matter. Both the author(s) and the reviewer remain anonymous throughout the review process to ensure objectivity and fairness.

Reviewers are asked to assess the originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, and clarity of the manuscript. Based on their recommendations, the editor will decide whether the submission is accepted, requires revisions (minor or major), or is rejected. Authors are expected to respond to reviewers’ comments carefully and to resubmit revised manuscripts within the timeframe provided. Final acceptance is contingent upon satisfactory revision and approval by the editorial board.

The journal is committed to maintaining the integrity of the review process by ensuring timely, constructive, and transparent evaluations that uphold academic standards in international law and justice.
