Open Access Statement
Jurnal Diskresi provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a wider global exchange of knowledge and promotes the development of constitutional law studies.
By “open access” to this journal, we mean that all published articles are freely available on the public internet, permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, use them as input for software or data mining, or utilize them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from accessing the internet itself.
Jurnal Diskresi is committed to the principles of open knowledge and academic freedom, and therefore does not charge readers or institutions any access fees (no subscription or pay-per-view fees).
All published content is licensed under a Creative Commons license (specific license details can be found on each article), which allows for broad and unrestricted use as long as the original work is properly cited.
