Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara sebagai perwujudan school well-being di SMPN 12 Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi dan studi dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat implementasi ketiga prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara, yakni kontinuitas, konvergensi, dan konsentrisitas sehingga perwujudan school well-being di SMPN 12 Surabaya juga terpenuhi dengan mewujudkan empat dimensi, yakni having, loving, being, danhealth.Kata Kunci: Prinsip Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara, School Well-Being, SMPN 12 SurabayaReferences
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara
Principle as a manifestation of School Well-Being at SMPN 12 Surabaya. The method
used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Data were collected by observation and
documentation studies. The data analysis technique was carried out with the Miles
interactive model with the stages of data collection, data condensation, data presentation,
and conclusion drawn. The result of this study is that there is an implementation of the
three principles of Trikon Ki Hajar Dewantara, namely continuity, convergence, and
concentricity so that the realization of school well-being at SMPN 12 Surabaya is also
fulfilled by realizing four dimensions, namely having, loving, being, and health.
