JPSDM VOL.4.NO.1 MARET 2025 PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS DOMPU BARAT, KABUPATEN DOMPU

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2) dan disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Puskesmas Dompu Barat, Kabupaten Dompu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 69 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS 20 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menujukkan bahwa: (1) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Dompu Barat, Kabupaten Dompu. (2) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Dompu Barat, Kabupaten Dompu. (3) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Puskesmas Dompu Barat, Kabupaten Dompu. This research aims to determine the effect of work ability (X1), work motivation (X2) and work discipline (X3) on the performance of employees (Y) of West Dompu Health Center, Dompu Regency. This research is quantitative research with a causal associative method. The sample in this research was 69 employees using the survey method. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS 20 for Windows program. The results of data analysis show that: (1) Work ability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the West Dompu Health Center, Dompu Regency. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the West Dompu Health Center, Dompu Regency. (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the West Dompu Health Center, Dompu Regency.
