Abstrak

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh dari quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Eka Dana Consultant. Dan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh dari keadilan organisasi terhadap Organizational citizenship behavior pada karyawan PT. Eka Dana Consultant. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang aktif bekerja pada PT. Eka Dana Consultant. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 42 orang karyawan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan penyebaran kusioner. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa ; (1) Quality Of Work Life  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) , (2) Keadilan Organisasi Berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship behavior (OCB). The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the significance of the influence of quality of work life on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT employees. Eka Dana Consultant. And to analyze and determine the significance of the influence of organizational justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in PT employees. Eka Dana Consultant. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The research method used is the census method. The population in this study were all employees who actively worked at PT. Eka Dana Consultant. The total population is 42 employees. Data collection uses interview techniques and distributing questionnaires. Analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. From the results of the analysis it was concluded that; (1) Quality of Work Life has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), (2) Organizational Justice has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)..
