JPSDM VOL.4.NO.2 JUNI 2025 PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMKN 1 SIKUR

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMKN 1 Sikur di kabupaten Lombok timur. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Populasi dan responden dalam penelitian adalah 45 orang guru di SMKN 1 Sikur.  Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. This research is entitled the influence of leadership and organizational culture on the performance of SMKN 1 Sikur teachers in East Lombok district. Aims to determine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the survey method. The population and respondents in this study were 45 teachers at SMKN 1 Sikur. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of the analysis show that: (1) leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
