Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini : untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian terhadap komitmen organisasional dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Dompu. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi jabatan terhadap komitmen organisasional dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Dompu. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional dinas perindustrian dan perdagangan Dompu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang aktif berkerja pada Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang. Seluruh populasi dijadikan responden. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1. Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu. Artinya jika kepribadian semakin sesuai maka komitmen organisasi pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya jika kepribadian tidak sesuai maka komitmen organisasi akan semakin rendah. Promosi Jabatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu. Artinya jika promosi jabatan semakin tepat maka komitmen organisasi pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya jika promosi jabatan tidak tepat maka komitmen organisasi akan semakin rendah 3. Pengalaman Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi pada pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu. Artinya jika pengalaman kerja semakin sesuai maka komitmen organisasi pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu akan semakin meningkat. Sebaliknya jika pengalaman kerja tidak sesuai maka komitmen organisasi pegawai Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Dompu akan semakin rendah The purpose of this research: to determine the influence of personality on the organizational commitment of the Dompu industry and trade service. To determine the effect of job promotion on the organizational commitment of the Dompu industry and trade service. To determine the effect of work experience on the organizational commitment of the Dompu industry and trade service. The research method used is the census method. The population of this research is all employees who actively work at the Dompu Industry and Trade Service. The total population is 50 people. The entire population is used as respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that: 1. Personality has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment of Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees. This means that if the personality is more suitable, the organizational commitment of Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees will increase. On the other hand, if the personality does not match, organizational commitment will be lower. Position promotions have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment among Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees. This means that if job promotions are more appropriate, the organizational commitment of Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees will increase. On the other hand, if promotion is not appropriate, organizational commitment will be lower. 3. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment for employees of the Dompu Industry and Trade Service. This means that if work experience becomes more appropriate, the organizational commitment of Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees will increase. On the other hand, if the work experience is not appropriate, the organizational commitment of Dompu Industry and Trade Service employees will be lower.
