The decreasing availability of water encourages the use of high-efficiency irrigation systems. The manual drip irrigation system still uses human labour, making it less effective. For that an automation system in the drip irrigation system is needed. The purpose of this research is to design a drip irrigation automation system using a servo motor as an actuator, determine the response of the servo motor to the parameters received, and determine the accuracy of the servo motor rotation. The experimental method used in this research is to design an automatic drip irrigation system using a servo motor with soil moisture level treatment. Tests were conducted at three different soil moisture levels, namely 23%, 26%, and 28%, with a lower limit of ≤22%. The parameters observed are the servo motor rotation, soil moisture, and the movement of the servo motor. Based on the tests, the servo motor can open and close the tap according to the specified lower and upper limit treatment. The upper limit of 23% servo motor on and off process occurred 16 times each, the upper limit of 26% 10 times each and the upper limit of 28% 5 times each. Testing the accuracy of the servo motor rotation angle is also carried out with an accuracy value of 97.1% and an error value of 2.9%.
