Rice is a strategic commodity that directly affects the livelihood of most Indonesians. This research aims to determine the machine's performance capacity, engine rotation speed, and fuel consumption using an experimental method. The observed parameters were machine performance capacity, engine rotation speed, and fuel consumption. The results showed that the average machine performance capacity was 90 kg/hour at low speed, 103 kg/hour at medium speed, and 165 kg/hour at high speed. For fuel consumption, the average values were 0.278 ml/second at low speed, 0.417 ml/second at medium speed, and 1 ml/second at high speed. The average engine rotation speed was 909 rpm at low speed, 2144 rpm at medium speed, and 3138 rpm at high speed. High speed yields the highest productivity but consumes the most fuel. Economically, low speed is more profitable per milling unit with a net profit of Rp 1,066/kg, while high speed is optimal for large-scale production. The output of 5 kilograms of paddy produces 3.15 kilograms of clean rice, with 5 grams of broken rice and 3 grams of small broken rice obtained.
