PENGARUH RASIO PROFITABILITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN AKTIVITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SUB SEKTOR OTOMOTIF DAN KOMPONEN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI TAHUN 2017 – 2023

Abstrak

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Rasio Profitabilitas, Leverage, dan Aktivitas Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Tahun 2017-2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pada penelitian ini sampel penelitian sebanyak 6 perusahaan yang diambil dari total 14  perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor otomotif dan komponen yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2023. Sehingga penelitian ini menganalisis sebanyak 42 observasi. Metode analisis data panel dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel menggunakan Eviews versi 12 Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa profitabilitas, dan aktivitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan leverage berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan calon investor perlu memperhatikan kinerja perusahaan dalam mengelola ekuitas dan aset perusahaan dalam operasionalnya supaya keputusan keuangan yang diambil oleh calon investor tidak salah. Dan bagi perusahaan diharapkan dari hasil penelitian ini supaya perusahaan lebih efisien dalam menggunakan ekuitas dan lebih baik lagi dalam memanfaatkan pertumbuhan aset perusahaan This research aims to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage and activity ratios on company value in automotive and component sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2023. This research is quantitative associative research. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique. In this study, the research sample was 6 companies taken from a total of 14 automotive and components sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017-2023. So this research analyzed 42 observations. The panel data analysis method in this research is panel data regression analysis using Eviews version 12. The results of this research show that profitability and activity have a positive and significant effect on company value, while leverage has a negative and significant effect on company value. From the results of this research, it is hoped that potential investors need to pay attention to the company's performance in managing company equity and assets in its operations so that the financial decisions taken by potential investors are not wrong. And for companies, it is hoped that from the results of this research, companies will be more efficient in using equity and better utilize the growth of company assets.
