Analisis SWOT dan Fishbone Diagram Sebagai Dasar Strategi Pengembangan UMKM Seblak Seuhah Khas Bandung

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Seblak Seuhah Khas Bandung MSME using the SWOT and Fishbone Diagram methods. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive approach through interviews and observations of business owners. The results of the analysis show that the main strengths of the business lie in its distinctive taste, menu variety, affordable prices, and strategic location. Meanwhile, the weaknesses found include limited promotion, non-digital distribution, simple management, and limited capital. Business opportunities arise from the spicy food trend, advances in digital technology, and government support for MSMEs, while threats includes tiff competition and fluctuations in raw material prices. Fishbone analysis The Fishbone analysis identified the main root causes of the problems as stemming from factors related to human resources, capital, work methods, raw materials, and market strategy. Based on these findings, the recommended strategies include increasing digital promotion, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), simple bookkeeping, product innovation, and expanding the marketing network to improve competitive ness and business sustainability.
