EPIDEMIOLOGI KASUS BEDAH PLASTIK IGD RSUD PROVINSI NTB JANUARI-DESEMBER 2019

Latar belakang: Kunjungan kasus kegawatdaruratan di rumah sakit memiliki variasi kasus dan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Literatur menyatakan kasus gawat darurat bedah plastik rekonstruksi dan estetika sangat luas. Kasus pasien bedah plastik rekonstruksi dan estetika memiliki beragam jenis, dari kasus trauma yang harus dikerjakan di ruang operasi gawat darurat hingga kasus elektif. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan sampel dari pasien bedah plastik yang masuk rumah sakit melalui IGD RSUP Provinsi NTB dari bulan Januari – Desember 2019. Analisis deskriptif menggunakan SPSS 23. Hasil: Kasus bedah plastik IGD RSUD Provinsi didapatkan sebanyak 153 kasus. Jumlah kasus tertinggi adalah fraktur maksilofasial sebanyak 95 kasus, diikuti cedera jaringan lunak sebanyak 47 kasus. 23 kasus cedera jaringan lunak didapatkan bersama dengan fraktur maksilofasial. Luka bakar merupakan kasus terendah sebanyak 36 kasus. Penyebab luka bakar tertinggi akibat benda panas sebanyak 24 kasus. Pasien bedah plastik masuk rumah sakit didominasi jenis kelamin laki- laki. Kelompok usia tertinggi ada pada rentang 21-30 tahun.Downloads
