PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN BERBASIS PARTISIPASI KELOMPOK

Abstrak

The Bangsing Women's Farmers Group [KWT] is a women's group that is able to provide added value to family income, but its capacity still needs to be increased. Through this community service activity, KWT is provided with assistance in marketing and financial management. The method used was Participatory Action Research [PAR]. Mentoring activities were carried out for 20 group members using the pre-test and post-test questionnaire filling method. The results showed an increase in knowledge of 87%, 80% in terms of understanding and 100% in terms of participation. This shows that the empowerment of KWT Bangsing is able to provide improvements in terms of knowledge, understanding and participation.  This increase has led to an increase in business types, such as nurseries, livestock farming, and waste processing, which provide additional income for women's farming groups. This represents a 75% increase in business types and a 78% increase in income compared to the previous year.
