Breast abnormalities, particularly cancer, are among the major health problems faced by women worldwide, including in developing countries such as Indonesia. Prevention and control efforts for this disease can be strengthened by disseminating the breast self-examination (BSE) method, known in Indonesia as SADARI. When performed correctly, SADARI is proven to be a simple yet effective secondary prevention measure against breast cancer. This community service activity aims to provide knowledge and understanding og the SADARI method to female students of Madrasah Aliyah at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Hakim, enabling them to recognize early signs or symptoms of breast abnormalities. A total of 106 students participated in the program, and the results showed an improvement in their understanding of the SADARI method. This was evidenced by the difference in average evaluation scores before the material was delivered (pretest) at 56.98 and after the presentation (posttest) at 82.36, reflecting an average increase of 25.38 points. This program also supports breast cancer control efforts in West Lombok Regency and serves as a concrete implementation of the recommendations issued by the Minister of Health to strengthen the initiatives of the National Cancer Control Committee (KPKN), particularly in the West Nusa Tenggara region.
