PENGARUH EQUITY MARKET CONDITION, EXTERNAL FUND, CASH FLOW DAN IOS TERHADAP CAPITAL INVESTMENT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh equity market condition, external fund, cash flow dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) terhadap capital investment perusahaan sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2023. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan dengan 5 tahun pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa equity market condition berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap capital investment. External fund dan cash flow berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap capital investment, dan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap capital investment This research aims to examine the influence of equity market conditions, external funds, cash flow and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) on capital investment of Property and Real Estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2023 period. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling using certain criteria to obtain a sample of 11 companies with 5 years of observation. The results of this research show that equity market conditions have a positive and insignificant effect on capital investment. External funds and cash flow have a negative and insignificant effect on capital investment, and Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) has a positive and significant effect on capital investment
