Assistance and Approaches through community service activities Assistance for the Tumpang Sari Aquaponic System Technology is aimed at the community in dealing with the post-pandemic food crisis in the Tarus sub-district, Kupang City, NTT. This community service activity is expected to be able to solve problems that occur in the coastal communities of Kupang City through assistance and a persuasive approach and assistance during the Covid 19 pandemic crisis, so that the community is expected to be motivated to apply technology-based skills independently, namely Aquaponik Tumpang Sari. The decline in the production of processed food products has been experienced by the community after the pandemic, through community service by providing assistance approaches and appropriate technology regarding strategic information, namely the potential for fish as a food product for the community in the Tarus sub-district, Kupang City so that it can be beneficial in increasing people's income in the Tarus sub-district. , Kupang NTT. The results of the Tumpang Sari Aquaponic System Technology Assistance The community can prepare fresh fish and vegetables from the results of their own Aquaponic business and are used to eating fish and vegetables with narrow land.

The Corona Virus (Covid 19) which was discovered in Wuhan China, at the end of 2019 has had a lot of impact on human life in the world. 
The discovery of various cases in each country with different transmission clusters made the Government of Indonesia implement the PSBB policy to maintain distance,
 wash hands with soap and wear masks (health protocol). The implementation of policies from the government to reduce the spread of Covid-19 continues to be carried out at all levels of society,
 including groups of children who do not fully understand the dangers of this virus. One of the efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19 to the public, especially children, is by storytelling about how to prevent the spread of Covid-19 in order to adjust the level of understanding of children.

Wilayah kota khususnya kota metropolitan memiliki ciri-ciri kepadatan penduduk yang tinggi, lahan banyak digunakan untuk pemukiman dan pembangunan infrastruktur, serta terbatasnya ruang terbuka hijau dan lahan untuk kegiatan budidaya ikan. Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LAPAS) Kelas IIA Ternate merupakan salah satu Lapas yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Jambula Kecamatan Pulau Ternate Kota Ternate. LAPAS Kelas IIA Ternate memiliki banyak program pembinaan kepada masyarakat yang akan bebas dari tahanan untuk diberikan bekal. Seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, diperlukan adanya antisipasi penurunan produksi akuakultur akibat berkurangnya lahan budidaya dan penurunan kualitas perairan. Inovasi teknologi ini diharapkan mampu mengurangi sampah dan meningkatkan produktivitas persatuan lahan garapan. Salah satu inovasi teknologi yang dapat diterapkan adalah budidaya ikan dengan tanaman melalui sistem aquaponik di dalam suatu tempat. Sistem ini adalah budidaya ikan yang ramah lingkungan. Budikdamber mengadopsi teknik budidaya aquaponik yang merupakan teknik budidaya tanaman sayuran dengan media tanam selain tanah. Tujuan pembinaan kepada narapidana ini adalah untuk menambah keterampilan narapidana dalam melakukan budidaya ikan dan sayur dalam ember. Hal ini memungkinkan dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu peluang usaha baru ketika nantinya penghuni lapas telah bebas dan dapat membuka usaha sendiri di rumahnya untuk menyambung ekonomi keluarga sebelum beradaptasi dengan lingkungan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan yang lebih layak. Pembinaan narapidana di LAPAS Kelas IIA Ternate dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2023 yang diikuti oleh 25 orang narapidana, Kepala lapas yang diwakili oleh Kasi pembinaan beserta staf serta mahasiswa dan dosen program studi budidaya perairan Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan Universitas Khairun Ternate. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan pemaparan langsung dan menjelaskan teori budikdamber serta diskusi dan tanya jawab setelah itu mempraktekkan budikdamber yang dilakukan oleh peserta. Pembinaan narapidana di LAPAS Kelas IIA Ternate dapat menerima materi dan praktek dengan mudah, berdasarkan audiensi dengan peserta menyatakan bahwa budikdamber merupakan teknologi budidaya ikan dan sayur yang sangat muran dan mudah dilakukan sehingga jika bebas nanti budikdamber ini dapat dijadikan peluang usaha baru untuk menambah ekonomi keluarga.

UPAYA PENINGKATAN SEMANGAT BELAJAR ANAK DI WILAYAH PESISIR DESA LABUHAN HAJI LOMBOK TIMUR

Society is a group of people who have their own identity and inhabit certain territories and areas. Fishermen are a community of people whose livelihood depends on marine products, both from their work cycle and from how they earn a living. Fishermen are among the coastal community groups who can be considered to make the most use of marine products, the potential of the aquatic environment and the coast for their needs and survival. Activities were carried out for 3 months, July to September 2023. The method was arranged systematically starting from the preparation stage to the implementation stage. There were 29 students who participated in this activity. A total of 14 students were male and 15 students were female. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it is concluded that the Teaching from Home Program activity received a positive response and the community was very enthusiastic about this activity.

Counseling on Independent, Superior and Sustainable Catfish Hatchery Management (Clarias sp.) at Adipati Farm, Labuhan Ratu District, Bandar Lampung City

Freshwater fish farming in Bandar Lampung, particularly at Adipati Farm, faces challenges in optimal fish breeding. A seminar was conducted to enhance the understanding of fish farming practitioners regarding effective breeding management. The seminar involved pre-tests, post-tests, lectures, discussions, and field visits. Topics covered included fish breeding management, broodstock management, breeding techniques, and fish health. Evaluation revealed an 83% improvement in participants' understanding. Participants actively engaged, raising field-related queries. Interactive dialogues provided additional insights into fish health management and experiences in mitigating breeding failure risks. This seminar successfully enhanced the understanding of fish farming practitioners, providing significant benefits in sustaining both the quality and quantity of production.
