Abstract

Early Childhood Education is an educational institution formed to develop children's abilities from an early age. To achieve this goal, appropriate learning media is needed so that children are more active and do not get bored during learning activities. In order for appropriate learning media to be implemented, adequate advice and infrastructure are needed. However, in reality there are still many early childhood education institutions that experience funding problems to implement appropriate learning media. This activity was carried out to help PAUD ST teachers. Vincentius A. Paulo in Oebobo District, Kupang City in improving skills in making ornamental fish aquariums and becoming a solution so that the application of ornamental fish aquarium media as a learning medium can be realized. The method used in this activity is training/demonstration/demonstrating directly how to make an ornamental fish aquarium which consists of two stages, namely making an ornamental fish aquarium and a marine biota coloring competition. It is hoped that the PkM activities will provide benefits between the two institutions, in this case the study program can be used as a benchmark for developing the tridharma of higher education and for the SDK STA Maria Assumpta institution in developing the quality and quality of elementary school children's education.
