ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence (X1), Work Life Balance (X2) on Organizational Citizenship
Behavior (Y) in employees of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. The type of research used is causal associative
research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method. The population in the study were
all employees totaling 179 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 24 for Windows
program. The results of data analysis show that (1) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Organizational
Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. (2) Work Life Balance has a positive and
significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Emotional Intelligence (X1), Work Life Balance (X2) terhadap Organizational
Citizenship Behavior (Y) pada karyawan PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah
penelitian asosiatif berbentuk kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan metode sensus.
Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang berjumlah 179 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi
linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS 24 for Windows. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Emotional
Intelligence berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan PT Air Minum Giri
Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. (2) Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship
Behavior pada karyawan PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram.
