ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the effect of work environment and work ability on the performance of Bima City Regional
General Hospital Employees. The population in this study amounted to 410 employees. The sample in this study amounted to
80 respondents where the sampling used the slovin formula with a significance level of 10%. The sampling technique used in
this study was proportional random sampling and then each part of the sample was taken randomly (simple random
sampling). The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with an associative (causal) approach. Multiple
linear analysis is used to determine the extent to which the independent variables (work environment and work ability) can
affect the dependent variable (performance). The results of this study show that the work environment has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of Bima City Regional General Hospital employees. Work ability has a positive and
significant effect on the performance of Bima City Regional General Hospital employees.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja Pegawai
Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 410 pegawai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
berjumlah 80 responden yang di mana pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan taraf signifikansi 10%. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsional random sampling dan selanjutnya setiap bagian sampel
diambil secara acak (simple random sampling). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian
kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif (kausal). Analisis linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana variab el
independen (lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja) dapat mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja). Hasil penelitian ini
memperlihatkan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah
Kota Bima. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota
Bima.
