PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PERSONELAJENREM 162/WIRA BHAKTINUSA TENGGARA BARAT

ABSTRACT
This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of competence and leadership on personnel performance of the
Ajenrem 162/Wira Bhakti 162/Wira Bhakti West Nusa Tenggara. This type of research is causal associative with a quantitative
approach. The population in this study was all 40 Ajenrem 162/Wira Bhakti personnel. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 22 for
windows sofware. The results showed 1. Competence has a positive and significant effect on performance, and 2. Leadership has a
positive and significant effect on performance. This research shows that competence has a greater influence than leadership on
performance.

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kompetensi dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja personel Ajenrem 162/Wira Bhakti Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh personel Ajenrem 162/Wira Bhakti berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, dan 2. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar daripada kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja.
