PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI KONSERVASI SUMBER DAYA ALAM (BKSDA) DI PROVINSI NUSA TENGGARA BARAT (NTB)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence and motivation on the performance of employees of the Natural Resources Conservation Center of West Nusa Tenggara Province. This type of research is associative causal with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of the NTB Natural Resources Conservation Center totaling 73 employees. The data collection method used in this study was the census method. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The types and sources of data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis tool used was Multiple Linear Regression using Software SPSS 22 for windows. The results of the analysis show that: 1. Competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Natural Resources Conservation Center of West Nusa Tenggara Province, and 2. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Natural Resources Conservation Center of West Nusa Tenggara Province

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam NTB yang berjumlah 73 pegawai. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan Software SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, dan 2. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Balai Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat
