PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA PONDOK PESANTREN TARBIYATUL QURRO SELAGALAS KOTA MATARAM

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of leadership and financial compensation on Teacher performance at Tarbiyatul Qurro Islamic Boarding School Selagalas, Mataram City. This type of research is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all teachers at the Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Islamic Boarding School, Mataram City, totaling 36 people. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 22 for windows software. The results of the analysis show that; (1) Leadership has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Islamic Boarding School, Mataram City. (2) Compensation has a significant positive effect on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Islamic Boarding School, Mataram City. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) test showed that the AdjustedR Square value was 0.727 (72%). This value shows that the leadership and compensation variables have an influence of 72.2%, the remaining 28.3% are explained by other variables outside the study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja Guru Pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru Pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 36 orang. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22 for windows. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Kota Mataram. (2) Kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja guru pada Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyatul Qurro Selagalas Kota Mataram. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinansi (R2) menunjukkan nilai AdjustedR Square adalah sebesar 0,727 (72%). Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan dan kompensasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 72,2% sisanya 28,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.
