Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh teladan pimpinan, pengawasan melekat dan penerapan sanksi terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 81 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS 22 for windows. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1.Teladan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Mataram, 2. Pengawasan Melekat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Mataram, 3. Penerapan sanksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Mataram. Pada penelitian ini penerapan sanksi memiliki pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai. This research aims to determine the significance of the influence of exemplary leadership, inherent supervision and the application of sanctions on the work discipline of employees of the Mataram City Communications and Informatics Service. This type of research is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of the Mataram City Communications and Informatics Service, totaling 81 people. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 22 for windows software. The data analysis used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed 1. Exemplary leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Mataram City Communications and Informatics Service, 2. Inherent supervision has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Mataram City Communications and Informatics Service, 3. The application of sanctions has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of employees of the Mataram City Communications and Informatics Service. In this research, the application of sanctions has a stronger influence on work discipline.
