JPSDM VOL.4.NO.1 MARET 2025 PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT SINAR NIAGA SEJAHTERA

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap disip1in kerja kariyawan pada PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Jenis pene1itian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatifkausal dengan mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengurnpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus. Popu1asi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera yang berjumlah 35 Orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjnukkan bahwa: 1. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. 2. Pengawasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT. Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) menunnjukkan nilai AdjustedR Square adalah sebesar 0,520 (52,00%). Nilai tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan disiplin kerja karyawan pada PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera pada 52,00% sisanya sebesar 48,00% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel penelitian. ABSTRACT This study aims to deternine the effect of leadership and supervision on employee work discipline at the PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The type of research is cusal associative research using a quantitativ approach. The data colection method used is the cencus method. The popullation of this study was all empolyees of the PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera, totaling 35 people. Data were analyzed using multiplle linear regressionanalysis. The results showed that: 1. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the work disicipline of employees at the PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera 2. Supervision has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. The test results for the cofficient of determination (R2) show that the vallue of R Square is 0.520 (52,00%). This value indicates that the effect of leadership and suprevision on employed work discipline at the PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera is 52,00%, the remaining 48,00% is explainned by other variables outside the research variables.
