Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dengan Kepuasan Kerja sebagai variabel intervening karyawan front liner services Merumatta Hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 40 karyawan front liner services tidak termasuk atasan pada Merumatta Hotel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur atau Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS)  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan front liner services Merumatta Hotel. Variabel Perceived Organizational Support (POS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan front liner services Merumatta Hotel. Variabel Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan front liner services Merumatta Hotel. Kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support (POS) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan front liner services Merumatta Hotel. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable for front liner services employees at Merumatta Hotel. This study uses a quantitative approach with 40 front liner services employees as the research subjects, excluding supervisors. The data collection method used is a census. The data analysis method used is path analysis.The results of the study show that the Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has a positive and significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of front liner services employees at Merumatta Hotel. The Perceived Organizational Support (POS) variable has a positive and significant influence on the Job Satisfaction of front liner services employees at Merumatta Hotel. The Job Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of front liner services employees at Merumatta Hotel. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of front liner services employees at Merumatta Hotel.
