Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh reward dan punisment terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai PDAM Tirta Ardhia Rinjani Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari variabel dependent (disiplin kerja) dan variabel independent (rewardn dan punisment). Adapun sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang pegawai yang diperoleh dari teknik survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, dan penyebaran kusioner. Analisis menggunakan teknik analisis Regresi Linier Berganda yang dibantu denganĀ  SPSS 29 for Windows. Dari hasil analisis, disimpulkan bahwa ; (1) Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja , (2) punisment Berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on the work discipline of PDAM Tirta Ardhia Rinjani employees, Central Lombok Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with associative methods. The variables in this study consist of the dependent variable (work discipline) and the independent variable (reward and punishment). The sample in this study amounted to 75 employees obtained from survey techniques. Collecting data using interview techniques, and distributing questionnaires. The analysis uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique assisted by SPSS 29 for Windows. From the results of the analysis, it was concluded that; (1) Reward has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (2) Punishment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
