JPSDM VOL.3.NO.1 MARET 2024 PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI KOPERASI MADANI, KABUPATEN LOMBOK UTARA, NUSA TENGGARA BARAT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai Koperasi Madani, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini rnenggunakan metode sensus. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang pegawai Koperasi Madani, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Alat pengurnpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan tentang disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja. Dalam menganalisis data rnengenakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS22 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data rnenunjukkan bahwa; (1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) motivasi kerja berpngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara dominan terhadap prestasi kerja. This study intends to decide the impact of work discipline and work inspiration to the work execution of Madani helpful representatives, North Lombok Locale, West Nusa Tenggara. The sort of examination utilized is a cooperative causal with a quantitative methodology. The example assurance strategy in this study utilizes the enumeration technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 35 Madani cooperative employees, North Lombok District, West Nusa Tenggara. The data collection tool used is questionnaire, documentation and spreading questionnaires that contain statements about work disciplines, work motivation and work performance. In breaking down information utilizing various direct relapse examination with the assistance of SPSS22 for Windows program. In light of the consequences of information examination shows that; ( 1) The discipline of work positive and tremendous impact on work execution, (2) Work inspiration affects work execution, (3) of discipline of business is predominant to the presentation of work.
