Jenis studi yang dipakai yakni studi asosiatif kausal melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada studi berikut ialah pegawai PT Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) yang jumlahnya 260 individu. Banyaknya sampel yang dipakai pada riset berikut ialah 72 individu melalui penggunaan metode survey serta ditetapkan memakai teknik propotional random sampling. Teknik penghimpunan data yang dipakai ialah dokumentasi serta angket berupa kuisioner yang berisikan soal-soal perihal lingkungan kerja, kompensasi serta kinerja.
