JPSDM VOL.3.NO.1 MARET 2024 PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PLTG MPP 50 MW JERANJANG

Abstract

Permasalahan pada penelitian ini bahwa beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai khususnya pada PLTG MPP 50 MW Jerajang. Adapun tujuan penelilian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode sampel jenuh. Responden dan populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 pegawai PLTG MPP 50 MW Jerajang. Alat analisis menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerha pegawai. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu variabel beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PLTG MPP 50 MW Jeranjang diterima, dan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PLTG MPP MW Jeranjang. The problem in this study is that workload and work environment can affect employee performance, especially at PLTG MPP 50 MW Jerajang. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of workload and work environment on employee performance. The type of research used is associative research using a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the saturated sample method. The respondents and population used in this research were 40 employees of PLTG MPP 50 MW Jerajang. The analysis tool uses Multiple Linear Regression with SPSS 26. The results show that: (1) Workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance (2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The conclusion of this study is that the workload variable has a negative and significant effect on the performance of PLTG MPP MW Jeranjang accepted, and the work environment variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PLTG MPP MW Jeranjang employees.
