PENGARUH KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL, KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL DAN KECERDASAN INTELEKTUAL TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI 1 ALAS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional (X1), kecerdasan spiritual (X2) dan kecerdasan intelektual (X3) terhadap kinerja (Y) guru SMA Negeri 1 Alas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengujian dilakukan pada 52 guru di SMA Neegeri 1 Alas. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode sensus. Dalam melakukan analisis data digunakan teknik regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu aplikasi program SPSS versi 24. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah: (1) Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (2) Kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) Kecerdasan intelektual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan intelektual yang dimiliki guru dalam bekerja maka akan dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya. Rekomendasi yang diberikan yakni instansi dapat menerapkan berbagai program dan kebijakan yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui peningkatan kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kecerdasan intelektual yang dapat mengacu pada indikator dalam penelitian ini. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence (X1), spiritual intelligence (X2) and intellectual intelligence (X3) on the performance (Y) of SMA Negeri 1 Alas teachers. The type of research used is causal associative with a quantitative approach. The test was conducted on 52 teachers at SMA Neegeri 1 Alas. Methods of data collection using the census method. In analyzing the data, multiple linear regression techniques were used with the SPSS version 24 application tool. The results obtained were: (1) Emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance, (2) Spiritual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance, (3) Intellectual intelligence has a positive and significant effect on performance. So it is concluded that the higher the emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence possessed by the teacher at work, the performance will be improved. The recommendations given are that agencies can implement various programs and policies that can improve teacher performance through increasing emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and intellectual intelligence which can refer to the indicators in this study.
