PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN KOTA MATARAM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode sensus. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 56 Orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: I. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram. 2. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Mataram This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work environment on employee performance at the Mataram City Education Office. The type of research is cusal associative research using a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is the census method.
