PENGARUH WORK CONFLICT DAN INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION TERHADAP WORK PRODUCTIVITY PADA KARYAWAN DI HOTEL THE JAYAKARTA LOMBOK

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul pengaruh work conflict dan interpersonal communication terhadap work productivity pada karyawan di Hotel The Jayakarta Lombok. Bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work conflict dan interpersonal communication terhadap work productivity karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatak kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 116 karyawan dan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 51 karyawan Hotel The Jayakarta Lombok. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Work conflict berpengaruh negative dan signifikanterhadap work productivity. (2) interpersonal communication berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work productivity. This study is entitled the effect of work conflict and interpersonal communication on work productivity among employees at The Jayakarta Lombok Hotel. Aims to determine the effect of work conflict and interpersonal communication on employee work productivity. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection methodused is a survey method. The population in the study were 116 employees and the respondents in this study were 51 employees of Hotel The Jayakarta Lombok. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS version 16. The results of the analysis show that: (1) Work conflict has a negative and significant effect on work productivity. (2) interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on work productivity.
