PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN KABUPATEN LOMBOK TIMUR

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dikbud Lombok Timur. Penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan strategi kuantitatif adalah metode yang digunakan. Survei digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Adapun 124 orang yang menjadi kelompok sasaran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden adalah para pekerja di Dikbud Lombok Timur. Proportional Random Sampling adalah metodologi pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini. Menggunakan SPSS 22.0, analisis regresi linier berganda dilakukan untuk memeriksa data. Berdasarkan analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Dikbud Lombok Timur, dan (2) disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance in East Lombok Education and Culture. Associative research using a quantitative strategy is the method used. Surveys are used as a data collection technique. The 124 people who were the target group for this research sample as many as 55 respondents were workers in East Lombok Education and Culture. Proportional Random Sampling is the sampling method applied in this study. Using SPSS 22.0, multiple linear regression analysis was performed to examine the data. Based on data analysis and hypothesis testing, the findings of the analysis show that (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in East Lombok Education and Culture, and (2) work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance
