PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI NONMEDIS DAN PARAMEDIS DI PUSKESMAS EYAT MAYANG KAB. LOMBOK BARAT

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalis Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Beban Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Nonmedis dan Paramedis di Puskesmas Eyat Mayang Kab. Lombok Barat. Responden penelitian yang digunakan 79 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatf. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kusioner. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan segnifikan dan Beban Kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadapKepuasan Kerja Pegawai Puskesmas Eyat Mayang Kab. Lombok Barat ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorsement on the Consumptive Behavior of Adolescents to purchase Emina products in Mataram City. The type of research used is causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The data collection method used is a survey method using primary data collected directly from respondents using a questionnaire with a sample of 60 people. The results of the analysis show that Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, Celebrity Endorsement has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Consumptive Behavior has no positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. From the results of the discussion that the author described in CHAPTER IV it can be concluded that the power possessed by Selebgram Endorsement is able to influence consumers to buy Emina products. Thus, it is hoped that the company will be able to maintain the Emina brand by giving awards and discounts to members of Emina products.
