Abstrak:
Repetitive transmagnetic stimulation (rTMS) merupakan salah satu modalitas terapi stimulasi otak yang berkembang paling pesat sebagai terapi komplementer pemulihan fungsi neurologis termasuk penyakit degeneratif seperti Parkinson. Studi menunjukan stimulasi frekuensi tinggi rTMS di korteks motorik primer (M1), dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), supplementary motor area (SMA) dan serebelum memberikan perbaikan fungsi motorik, kognitif dan gejala non motorik seperti depresi, gangguan tidur.

Abstract:
Repetitive transmagnetic stimulation (rTMS) is one of the fastest growing brain stimulation therapy modalities as a complementary therapy for neurological function recovery including degenerative diseases such as Parkinson's. Studies show that high-frequency rTMS stimulation in the primary motor cortex (M1), dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), supplementary motor area (SMA) and cerebellum provides improvements in motor function, cognitive and non-motor symptoms such as depression, sleep disorders.
