Hematoma Penoskrotal Masif Pasca Hernioplasti Terbuka akibat Penggunaan Jarum Cutting Edge

Abstract

Operasi perbaikan hernia inguinalis merupakan prosedur operasi yang paling sering dilakukan di seluruh dunia. Hematoma inguinal pasca operasi perbaikan hernia inguinalis merupakan komplikasi yang jarang terjadi. Pasien laki-laki usia 51 tahun didiagnosis sebagai hernia inguinalis lateralis sinistra reponibilis, pada pasien dilakukan hernioplasti menggunakan polipropilen mesh yang difiksasi dengan benang polipropilen 2-0 dan jarum cutting edge. Delapan belas jam pasca operasi pasien mengalami hematoma yang meluas di kedua skrotum hingga penis. Dilakukan evakuasi hematoma dan pemasangan drain vakum di inguinal dan drain penrose pada kedua skrotum yang diikuti dengan perbaikan klinis. Resiko perdarahan pada kasus hematoma penoskrotal masif pasca hernioplasti dapat berasal dari faktor-faktor yang ditemukan sebelum operasi, selama dan setelah operasi. Terapi dengan evakuasi hematoma dan pemasangan drain memiliki prognosis yang baik.
