Penyakit Obstruksi Usus: Atresia Duodenum

Atresia duodenum adalah kondisi kongenital yang ditandai dengan tidak berkembangnya bagian duodenum, yang mengakibatkan obstruksi total lumen usus. Atresia duodenum sering terjadi bersamaan dengan penyakit-penyakit lain seperti Down’s syndrome, penyakit jantung kongenital, dan atresia-atresia organ lainnya. Mekonium/feses pertama keluar sedikit atau tidak ada, perut membengkak, dan muntah berwarna kuning kehijauan (muntah bilous) dapat menjadi kecurigaan terhadap atresia duodenum. Hal ini kemudian dikonfirmasi dengan adanya double bubble sign pada hasil pemeriksaan radiologi. Penanganan untuk atresia duodenum meliputi dekompresi, resusitasi cairan, operasi duodenoduodenostomi, dan nutrisi parenteral. Keterlambatan penanganan dapat meningkatkan angka mortalitas akibat atresia duodenum. Penyusunan tinjauan pustaka ini menggunakan metode pencarian data melalui sumber-sumber data seperti Pubmed, Google Scholar, dan ScienceDirect. Pencarian data menggunakan kata kunci seperti ”atresia duodenum”, ”kelainan kongenital”, dan ”obstruksi usus”. Penelitian ini terfokus pada penyediaan informasi terkait atresia duodenum secara umum.Downloads
