Pengaruh Lama Pengalaman Belajar dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kesiapan Belajar Mahasiswa Kedokteran di Universitas Islam Malang

Perubahan metode pembelajaran di kedokteran menimbulkan permasalahan adanya ketidaksiapan belajar. Di Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Islam Malang masih ditemukan mahasiswa dengan kesiapan belajar yang kurang. Terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang dapat memengaruhi kesiapan belajar. Penelitian sebelumnya telah banyak dilakukan terkait faktor eksternal. Sementara itu, faktor internal masih jarang dilakukan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal terkait lama pengalaman belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan belajar. Desain penelitian ini analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 183 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner SDLRS untuk mengukur kesiapan belajar dan lama pengalaman belajar diukur berdasarkan jumlah semester yang ditempuh. Sedangkan kecerdasan emosional merupakan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan uji Regresi Logistik. Diperoleh hasil uji korelasi Hasil uji korelasi lama pengalaman belajar dengan kesiapan belajar didapatkan p=0.191, sedangkan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan belajar didapatkan p=0.081. Hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh lama pengalaman belajar dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan belajar.Downloads
