Hubungan antara Gambaran Histopatologi dan Kadar LED pada Penderita Limfadenitis Tuberkulosis di Nusa Tenggara Barat

Latar belakang: Indonesia merupakan negara dengan kasus TB tertinggi nomor tiga di dunia dengan jumlah 420.994 kasus pada tahun 2017. Infeksi TB dapat ditemukan bermanifestasi diluar paru yang disebut Extra Pulmonary Tuberculosis (EPTB) dengan 35% diantaranya merupakan Limfadenits TB. Diagnosis EPTB dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan secara klinis dan histopatologi dari organ yang terkena. Gambaran histopatologis yang didapat menunjukkan suatu respon imun sebagai tanda adanya infeksi. Tanda adanya infeksi dapat dilihat juga melalui pemeriksaan laju endap darah (LED). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan gambaran histopatologi dan kadar LED pada penderita LNTB di Nusa Tenggara Barat.Metode: Desain penelitian analitik observasional dengan metode pendekatan cross sectional yang diperoleh dari rekam medis pasien LNTB di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Besar sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 51 dengan analisis uji chi-square.Hasil: Berdasarkan analisis statistik uji chi-square didapatkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) sebesar 0,300 (p >0,05).Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara gambaran histopatologi dan kadar LED pada penderita LNTB di Nusa Tenggara Barat.Downloads
