Tingkat Kejadian Kasus Pneumonia Pada Pasien Anak Dengan Covid-19 Yang Dirawat Di Ruang Isolasi RSUDD Dr. Raden Soedjono

Latar Belakang: Kasus Covid-19 hingga saat ini terus bertambah jumlah kejadiannya. Pasien dengan Covid-19 dapat menunjukkan berbagai macam tanda-tanda dan gejala klinis yang bervariasi, sebagian kecil kasus dapat berlanjut menjadi infeksi saluran nafas bawah berupa pneumonia dan dengan cepat memberat hingga dapat terjadi gagal nafas.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan deskriptif retrospektif. Data didapatkan dari Rekam Medis pasien anak terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 yang didiagnosis pneumonia di ruang isolasi anak RSUDD Dr. Raden Soedjono Selong selama bulan Mei 2020 - Maret 2021.Hasil: Kasus anak terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 sejumlah 55 orang terdiri dari 32 anak laki-laki dan 23 anak perempuan. Jumlah anak terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 dengan pneumonia sebanyak 16 orang, dimana 2 orang anak memiliki comorbid penyakit lain. Gejala yang paling banyak dikeluhkan pasien berupa demam. Pasien anak terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 dengan pneumonia yang di rawat di ruang isolasi terbanyak berjenis kelamin perempuan dengan rentang usia terbanyak antara usia 1 bulan sampai 2 tahun dan di atas 2 tahun sampai 5 tahun. Gambaran radiologis pasien sebagian besar khas pneumonia.Downloads
