Penggunaan obat yang beragam dalam terapi farmakologi pada pasien geriatrik dapat meningkatkan kejadian permasalahan terkait obat (drug-related problems/DRPs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenentukan profil DRPs pasien geriatri rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi NTB periode Mei 2017 – Juli 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional dengan desain deskriptif analitik. DRPs diidentifikasi melalui membandingkan rekam medis pasien (n=100 pasien) meliputi karakteristik demografis, klinis dan hasil laboratorium dengan pustaka. DRPs potensial berupa 10% kasus subdosis dan 7% kasus interaksi antasida-antibiotik. Berdasarkan hal tersebut disimpulkan bahwa profil DRPs potensial terdapat pada kategori interaksi obat dan dosis subterapi pada pasien geriatri rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Provinsi NTB, periode Mei 2017 – Juli 2017.Downloads
