Insidensi Penyakit Kanker Buli-buli di RSUD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Periode 2017-2018

Kanker kandung kemih (ca buli-buli) merupakan kanker yang paling umum ke 4 terjadi pada pria danke 12 pada wanita. Kanker kandung kemih paling banyak terjadi pada usia di atas 60 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui angka kejadian kanker kandung kemih di RSUP NTB periode tahun2017-2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Data diambil dari register dibagian instalasi bedah sentral dan bagian kemoterapi RSUP NTB. Total angka kejadian kasus ca buli-buli pada periode 2017-2018 sebesar 90 kasus. Terdiri dari 42 kasus pada tahun 2017 dan 48 kasus pada tahun 2018. Angka kejadian kasus ca buli-buli lebih tinggi pada laki-laki dibandingkan wanita. Ca buli-buli paling banyak terdiagnosis pada usia 50-80 tahun. TURB merupakan pilihan tindakan yang paling sering dilakukan di RSUP NTB dan hanya sebagian kasus yang dilakukan kemoterapi.Downloads
