Intoksikasi Superwarfarin dengan Ensefalopati Toksik dan Gagal Ginjal Akut pada Anak : sebuah laporan kasus

Abstract

Intoksikasi zat kimia merupakan suatu keadaan yang terjadi akibat paparan tubuh manusia terhadap zat berbahaya yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan hingga kematian. Superwarfarin merupakan salah satu antikoagulan oral warfarin yang sering digunakan sebagai penyalahgunaan zat sebagai rodentisida. Wanita berusia 17 tahun mengeluhkan muntah, lemas, kejang hingga penurunan kesadaran setelah meminum insektisida sebanyak 150 cc. Pasien mengalami Decrease of Consciousness (DOC) oleh karena intoksikasi Superwarfarin yang disertai Multiple Organ Failure seperti Acute Kidney Injury (AKI) dan Ensefalopati toksik. Tatalaksana keracunan superwarfarin dipengaruhi dari pentingnya untuk mengidentifikasi secara cepat dan tepat dari gejala yang timbul.
