Mola Hidatidosa Kehamilan 11 Minggu pada Wanita Usia 43 Tahun

Mola hidatidosa merupakan salah satu kasus yang jaring terjadi. Penegakan diagnosis mola harus dilakukan segera dan tepat karena dapat menjadi ganas dan menimbulkan kegawatan akibat perdarahan yang banyak. Kami melaporkan seorang wanita usia 43 tahun hamil 11 minggu dengan keluhan perdarahan pervaginam. Kasus ini menarik karena pasien memiliki faktor risiko, yaitu berusia 43 tahun. Pada pemeriksaan vagina ditemukan adanya darah, ostium uteri eksternum terbuka, dan tinggi fundus uteri teraba seperti usia kehamilan 24 minggu. Pemeriksaan titer β-hCG urin positif sampai 1/400 dan pemeriksaan ultrasonografi abdomen ditemukan gambaran “snowstorm appearance†tanpa janin. Pasien didiagnosis mola hidatidosa komplit dan kemudian dilakukan kuretase. Jaringan yang terkumpul diambil untuk di lakukan pemeriksaan histopatologi. Tidak ada komplikasi selama dan setelah tindakan kuretase. Pasien pulang dalam kondisi baik dan sehat.Published
