Abstract

Keseragaman bobot menjadi salah satu faktor penentu dalam keberhasilan terapi, yaitu ketepatan dosis obat. Salah satu kekurangan pembagian sediaan pulveres dengan metode manual secara visual adalah ketidakseragaman bobot. Sampai saat ini, pulveres masih banyak diresepkan terutama untuk pasien anak. Pasien anak rentan terhadap perubahan sedikit dosis sehingga dapat menimbulkan efek yang berbeda dengan yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan keseragaman bobot racikan pulveres pada peresepan pasien anak di Puskesmas Daerah Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional yang dilakukan terhadap keseragaman bobot racikan pulveres pada pasien anak di Puskesmas Daerah Kota Mataram. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan, yaitu non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Standar keseragaman bobot pulveres mengikuti pedoman Farmakope Indonesia III. Analisis data menggunakan software Microsoft Excel 2010. Penyimpangan bobot pulveres terbesar dari hasil analisis data 30 racikan pulveres pada pagi hari sebesar 107,75% dan 30 racikan pulveres pada siang hari sebesar 70,17%. Dari 60 pulveres yang diambil di 10 Puskesmas Daerah Kota Mataram terdapat penyimpangan >15%. Semua racikan pulveres yang diuji tidak memenuhi syarat keseragaman bobot pulveres menurut standar Farmakope Indonesia II.
